    LEDS in 110 Bullbar

For all those looking at replacement bullbar indicator/clearance lamps, I have just fitted a set of LED Autolamps 175mm. It took a bit of thinking but it is easy to do. Basically I used some 2" x 1" RHS tubing to make a backing spacer as the LEDs are way to thin. I also used 2 large washers on the back of each mounting point to push them out just that little bit further. Not a perfect fit but are ok, some minor gaps around, may look at filling in later.
The only thing I dont like is the LED fascia only clips onto a backing plate. Would have prefered a screw fitting. If they do come loose I guess I can sikaflex or glue them in.
Any way pics of the install.

    Installed and working

    Plastic backing plate of light

    LED light I used

And some Lucidity LEDs for the rear end.

The rear lights were $143 ea (RRP of $296 ea). The reverse lights are probablly on par with the standard light maybe a bit brighter, have not really tried out at night yet.

The front indicators really look the business. And the rears are very trick. I have had the exact same front ones on my wish list for a little while now. If you don't mine me asking, what was the damage on fronts?
    Good job and very slick.
    Cheers

I bought them on line, I think $47 ea or around that from Bretts Truck & Trailer Parts.
They are a fairly generic item.
