    Steering wheel dilemmas!

Hello everyone, this is my first post and I have a problem I hope someone can helm me with.

I picked up a my Defender 90 LE today, fitted a pair of Mulgo Expedition seat rail adjusters to help with legroom (I'm 6' 6" - long in the leg!!!).

Of course it didn't help did it - still have problems accessing the brake pedal - it sits too high. The obvious mod would be to change the steering wheel to a smaller one. Is this the best option OR could I lower the brake pedal?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you tried removing the drivers seat and sitting in the back?

6'6" wow, I am 6'0" and it took me a while to get used to the cramped driving style but I quite like it now, I dont have the mulgo extension rails.

    Regards
    Iain

Fitting a smaller steering wheel may help a little. I fitted an Autotechnica to my 110.
Another solution may be to actually lift the seat with some 30mm tubing. Only issue at 6,6 it may just put you closer to the roof. It will make it a bit difficult to see out the windows.
They are really not designed for anyone over 6,2.
