be seen at night AND during the day

No need to tell you about dodgy indicators and failing brake lights...

Ok, so I could buy new housings and lenses for 'cheap' and have perfectly working lights for some time again, but thinking about upgrading to LED.

I really like the ones from J.W. Speaker River Runners 70mm LED replacement exterior light kit x 10 lamps for Land Rover Puma Defender Series [403LEDRR10] - £434.99 : LED Lights, Marker Truck LED Vehicle Lighting Trailers Commercial Lightbars Warning Lights Land Rover

Have you changed any of your lights to LED?

Yes, I have and they are excellent. Much better than the original lighting during the day. I'd do it again despite the cost.

A bonus is that they are completely waterproof, unlike the original Land Rover fittings.

If you do go this way, do take the Land Rover connector option when you purchase. Makes intstallation a lot easier.

No matter what the problem - there's a solution. You've just got to find it.

whilst the ease of somthing that goes straight in, the stupid dollars the UK wants for things like they invented electricity (when in fact it should be taken from them for their complete funbaring of it) doesnt even it out. Im sure if you went through a few catalouges you would find something.....and as far as keeping the LR connectors, I hope the puma type are a great improvement over the tdi type...

The reverse lights on my Defender are the one LED unit as you have shown in your link.. they are certainly bright enough but I've had to replace two of them in five months as they keep on failing....

at the moment im finding that UK wants less for things in general than retailers over here... high aussie dollar and all. Shame about shipping costs on heavy items. From all that I've seen I would order the wipac ones and consider the price reasonable unless you got something better in your catalogues?
