I'll measure mine at lunchtime if no-one else has already done it by then.
I've definitely seen more than one thickness. Mine are quite substantial compared to some that I've seen.

on mine
A = 1025mm
B = 315mm
C = 60mm
mine look like this (not my car this is the manufacturer's pics)

Sorry Murray, seems mine are custom made ones anyway that completely cover the top part of the guard - so follow the engine bay curve etc rather than being a straight sided shape like your drawing.
I reckon the thickness of the material is only about 1.6mm but dont have anything here to measure accurately.
Steve
The "standard" ones sold by most companies are 2mm chequerplate. Whether this is a true 2mm or not who knows but that's what they are sold as.
I know Grizzly Adams got a set made up through MR Automotive in 3mm plate, but I think their usual ones are 2mm.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Murray, I bought mine a decade ago (Brookvale Aluminium ??)
Anyway, there was the choice of three thicknesses.
I'm guessing the apprentice made mine as the cutout for the air intake is pretty wonky.
A ~ 1025mm
B ~ 317/320mm
C ~ 60mm
3mm thick.
Mine are the cheap set that Paddocks do. Hope it helps.
Tod.
mine are the front runner type that cover the whole wing top including the curve at the front. 2.5 mm thick aluminum checker plate.
A - 1125
B - 370
C - 95
distance from side 'C' to vent cutout is 452 and is 238 long
I hope that helps
