    Oil Change Td4

Anyone here with a Td4 who does the oil change him(her)self? If so, how do you deal with the filter? I mean, how do you get at it without getting mad and taking it out without dripping oil all over the place? And how do you replace the lock without any major hassle? I have had the pleasure again today... How could they place the filter in that awkward place and obstructing all access with different tubes and pipes???
Sorry about the rant, just have to let off some steam and hope some of you will have some good and practical advice for me, maybe I'm doing it the wrong way?
    Cheers
    Johannes

Getting in and out cant help you there, they are in a bugger of a spot. Can help you with the dripping. Undo the lid and leave it in place while you drain and refill the oil. The oil in the filter housing will drain into the sump, and you will get minimal dripping from the cartridge.

I was thinking about having a go at it, but by the sounds of your post I might be better to leave it alone.
