    RRC carbs and LPG

    Hi all

I had a holly on my RRC with LPG , I change these over to SU's carbs with LPG.

Got it all fitted and half way there.
The petrol side of things is working fine .

But the LPG side of things are not too great.

Will not tick over on LPG , But will work at revs more about above 3000 rpm .
Now in my small amount of knowledge of LPG I am thinking that it is over fueling , hence why it is working at revs and not tick over

Is this right or is it something else

    Cheers

Guess what, you will have to adjust the gas converter. What brand is it? Any pics of your new set-up? Is your air cleaner assembly all fitted? Where's the "Y" piece for the two carbs, has it got an adjuster? Most gas converters are very sensitive to changes in the intake system and the engine won't run properly if more than about 20% rich OR lean.
