    Air Intake Flexy Tubing

    Hi Everyone

We are currently finishing putting a new engine (Yamaha FZS 600 Fazer) in my dune buggy, however the demise of the old engine (Honda CB250) was due to dust inhalation, as it only had crappy pod filters on the carby's, the new motor will run the original air box, but i also want to make a Rasied Air intake, however i am not sure where to get the flexy tube (or solid with a few silicon bends). If anyone knows a good source i would be very appreciative

    Thanks In advance

    Will

Most hydraulic places like enzed and pirtek tend to stock some different sizes of industrial flexi tube. Once made a whole snorkel type setup out of the stuff on a totota blizzard (if you know what that is). Engine would still run (toyota 2.2L diesel) when the vehicle was fully submerged in water (just enough air space for driver to breath).

Dont think the wife would let me do it in the DIIa. and wouldnt tell her if I did.
