Sad news - ultralight crash at Cootamundra

I just found out that the ultralight crash on the weekend, where the aircraft hit the windpump, was my ex-sister-in-law and her husband. They were great people who were active SES volunteers, built the granny flat my parents live in and were a very close part of our family. They even celebrated my parents recent 60th anniversary and Christmas with us.

I feel awfull for my 2 nieces and great neice and nephew (as well as for Elaine and Ian's families.)

How horrible, to crash into the vanes of the pump and fall to the ground in a ball of fire, I hope it was quick!

    I'm very sad today!

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
