    97 DISCO SEAT BELT

    Evening All, my '97 Disco drivers seat belt retract does not want to release & despite all efforts, removal of dead rats, logs, leaves etc seems beyond it. Mr Burson no longer stocks them (too old) so its back to OEM which I haven't even bothered to price. Anyone know of an "equivalent" or a universal/generic that might be cheaper than original parts?

    Klippan part number 7642. Some things you don't buy second hand, seat belts being one of them. Repco will probably stock this if not can get it for you next day. Probably around $70 or so.

    Many thanks! Klippan generic (also fits M-Benz!) ordered - $109 retail - much better than Tata Motors prices!
