    Disco 2 HiLift

    Whats the best way to go about using a hilift jack with a disco 2?
    are there any points where its best to use it, or some other way?

    I use the 'wheel lift' I bought at arb. You can use it on the bullbar too.

    The problem with these are that they are actually intended to be used with steel wheels - as per the manufacturers photographs

    Not 100% on their use with Disco 2 alloys...

    Ive used them with disco alloys with no problems. The lift mate has a rubber coating on the hooks which is good to protect paint. When it wears off though, a rag works just as well to prevent scratches. Ive used mine the most in the driveway (putting in sls air springs and the like) at the moment though - and yes I'm careful and understand that a high lift can fall over and .......
