    oil pressure switch by-pass

I got a question, why would you by-pass the oil pressure switch, would that be to usurp the starting process on the 101??

If your 101 still has the oil pressure switch which cuts out the fuel/igntion until oil pressure is raised..........by pass or get rid of it.
Most 101s have had this switch replaced or by passed.
It has been known to cause starting issuses especially if the vehicle has been sitting for along period of time, or after a oil change, especially during cold weather as the motor may take some time to prime and get oil pressure.
It is a 101 trate, like the tail shaft rattle.

wire in a bypass switch to the bypass.

it'll keep the intended safety of the item and the ability to easy start.
