If you let me know what fittings, tubing etc. you need I can organise at a good price (I work in the pneumatics industry).
The billet blocks or folded bits of laser cut stainless steel are a very expensive way of holding the ends of the tube .....but they look nice 
I can supply a fitting with a female thread and a pneumatic silencer to screw in if you are worried about dust getting back down the breather. Personally my Defender still has the standard axle breathers but I've had to replace the banjo fittings on the axles. They were plated steel and eventually rusted inside and blocked up, pressurising the diff.
