Roof Rack - freelander 2

i am looking at roof racks - options are - purchasing OE roof rails with thule cross bars, roof mounted bicycle carriers and a rhino alloy tray (arb newcastle advised it will work) - option 2 is a frontrunner rack (i have emailed opposite lock for further info) can anyone off any advice (i think it was member wizard who had a red freelander with a frontrunner rack if you are still around your comment would be appreciated)

I have the rails with Thule aero bars. They make no noise. They were too noisy before I had the rails, they sit higher now. I have a flat basket with no sides to cut down the noise. It's a Rhino. I carry a spare tyre up top and some jerries when going outback.
