						SupporterHi All
Just wondering if anyone has ever come across any Series 1 Land Rovers that have been painted yellow and given Shell petrol company logos on the doors?
Have found some logos on an old Station Wagon that I am researching up on. Trying to figure out if it is more likely to be a vehicle owned by the Shell Corporation or a local garage? The exterior of the vehicle has been completed painted yellow (cappings, bolts, etc etc).
Cheers and thanks for any info.

I purchased some panels via ebay a few years ago and the doors were part of the package.......I will not be home for a few weeks but will get some pictures for you.
All the best

						SupporterHi Everyone
Thank you for the responses it gives me a couple leads to chase up.
The vehicle is an ex-Snowy Mountain Scheme vehicle. The Shell logos are very likely post Snowy- just trying to trace the history post SMA. Thanks again to all for your help.
Cheers

I've seen a few colour photos of those Landies that belong to the fella that was the mechanic responsible for either brakes or wheel bearings (can't remember) on the bluebird run, IIRC the Land Rovers were also a baby blue type of colour, but it was a few years ago that i saw the photos.
Cheers
