Rear Jerry can holder -I got bored

I got bored today and i had this idea for a long time just never got around to do it . I hate the extra weight on the back off road , scuba tanks fuel tank plus the spare .

If you can't fix it with a hammer , you got an electrical problem .......

But why do you want the jerry sitting so far out?

After i took off the wheel and carrier ,i didn't like the look of the rear .This is a best solution i found and was a back up plan planned for a long time .I had it there on the homemade bracket while the tyres were on for long trips . I suppose i make the it flush with the body 1 day . Spare tyre now lives in the truck or on the roofrack if going away .

New lights and a proper jerry can

I changed the can and removed the big worklight and installed a smaller 9 watt version .Still plenty of light, 600 lumens exactly .I think it looks better and more practical . It wont swing away now with the door .Got to love Qld Diesel Spares and their range . Lights are on special atm as well .Here is what it looks like now .
