lpg mixture adjustment help

Hi I need help with how to adjust the mixture on the lgp system fitted to my 1992 3.5 v8 discovery the lgp system was fitted in 1999 it currently smell at the exhaust like its running rich as theres a strong gas smell and im only getting 290km to 75 litres of lpg in the city

What brand of gas system is it? Your ignition timing should be adjusted to 10 degrees BTDC and both the advances checked by timing light.
