    The Joys of 101 Ownership

Driving around town today in the 101 to get some brake fluid for the RRS. I pulled up in a car park outside a car parts seller an all of a sudden got whacked on the head by a bloody great stick.

Unbeknown to me there was a lone branch hanging down from a tree - out of site because of the low windscreen height in the 101.

It came straight in through the canvas and sconed me right on the forehead just above my left eye - not a lot of damage to me but did break the skin.

The damage to my tilt just above my head.

    Something else to repair

Very lucky there was no serious driver injury.
Convinced now I need a sun roof.

Sounds like you 101 blokes need a scone guard, other worry about sump guards but not you blokes.

Glad to hear you were not seriously injured.
