A few electrical questions on a '94 110

I have a few questions:

1, Which colour wires go where on the rear wiper!/washer switch. I think there are 4 wires.
2.which wires go to the centre of the dash cig lighter?
3. The instrument panel light for the bright headlights come on when I pull the light stalk but does not stay on when I push it forward to keep the brights on. I have a brand new stalk?
