I don't know about the 90, but many 110 owners fit standard 130 front springs to return to normal height after fitting a bar & winch. It worked for me when I had my 110.
I'll shortly be fitting a winch bumper and winch but want to retain the ride height so whats the best springs to go for? Most of the aftermarket ones seem to raise the ride-height, does anyone make heavy duty standard height for a 90.

Cheers, I take it there all the same diameter? wonder if rovacraft stock em
A winch with steel rope should weigh about 60 kg (35+25 kg). A winch bumper should weigh only a little more than the standard. While weight is important so is the distance that it sits from the front axle. If the winch is held close to the grill, you may not need HD springs. I have an OEM winch and bumper on my 2010 D90 with standard springs and it is just fine.
