    Pre Summer boat maintence

I uncovered the boat yesterday to crank it up and start some pre summer maintence.
Removed the floor, all ok down below,as you would expect on a 2003 boat that has only done 177hours.
I will be replacing the fuel lines and bilge pump for peace of mind.
Also hardwiring my second spare battery with a marine 2 way switch too.
Few other small jobs and she is ready for the Xmas holiday break.

    andy,
Source some marine silicon hose for the fuel line.
Yamaha product is the stuff i have been able to find in cairns

You will never have to replace it again. Well worth thr price.

change your gearbox oil and look for signs of milky oil, if present do the seals in the box. If no leaks remove the leg and put some grease on the top spline where it goes into the engine head/crank. Remove prop and grease the spline.
    cheers

Plugs are new at last service(25hrs),bought the flares the day I took you shark spotting, all 4 life jackets are brand new in the packet.
