Are you talking about the little pipes from each injector or the main line back to the tank?
Well if it the pipes from the injectors you are in luck. I had to replace them a couple of years back and came across the left over pipe last week and threw it out but the thought it might come in handy so retrieved it.
It is a special piece of rubber tube that is fabric covered and made specific for the task. I bought it from a diesel specialist and was expensive at $30 a meter.
Measuring it, it has an internal diameter of 3 mm and an external diameter (rubber) is 7mm then it has the woven cover around it.
I have no idea about the main return line to the tank.
