Why not just put the spare on and get a new tyre for the spare.  While not advisable as long as a tyre is the same size and type (ie p/LT, AT etc) there is no reason why an odd tyre could be used - particularly in a flat tyre situation.
If you search you will find a new spare of the same type if you ask around.
My spare which is the size and type you are after is a traded in unused tyre where a disco driver traded up - so many tyre dealers who fit out Discos may have some in their back rooms.
