    long term Disco4 review video

Forgive me if this has already been posted, but I don't have a D3/D4 so I don't follow this area of the forum at all.

Anyway, Here is a long term review of the D4 and a bit of a comparison to the RRS.

Someone needs to show him a D3, D4 with LLAMS.

Notice the D4 has General Grabbers AT's fitted.
I wonder how they went for punctures?

No punctures, and he kept his tyres at 3Bar to prove a point to himself. He said after the trip, that he suffered no more tyre skidding than the Defenders did.
I am not aware that the Defenders were used to recover him!!

After watching that review, watched the new FFRR off-road test drive. Impressive, especially as they appear to be on 20" and on-road tyre pressure.

The new RR has 20" rims, but it has room enough under the guards to fit larger profiles on them, eg 50 or 55.

It also has 900mm wading depth vs 700mm in D3/D4 vs 500mm for Puma... but the price... ouch!

Was the FFRR test you watched one of his? I could not find it.

That was a good well thought out video.

Also while Ive never driven a Rangie Sport but everybody I know who has driven both say that as a drivers car the Sport is significantly better than the D4. I don't know what you others who know more think but I think he may have overplayed the "very exxy Disco with less room" card.
