Low coolant alarm in 2.4 puma

Okay. Was playing under the bonnet and remembered the snakepit of hoses that is the cooling system plumbing.

So. Who has fitted a low coolant alarm to a puma?
And where on earth did you fit it exactly?

    Advice/help/opinions all valued

    Cammo,

I know what you mean. I've fitted one of the Enginesaver low coolant alarms (ESSLR3) to my Puma, but not before contacting them to find out where the sensor screws into.

    Engine Saver Land Rover Page

The sensor goes in the heater hose elbow near the firewall, I installed the warning light into one of the switch blanks in the dash.

    Hope this helps.

    Dirk...
