    Hone

    Can anybody tell me where to get a hone about 2mm or 3/4 inch, the type I want has little balls on spring wire
    Like the bigger ones that are used for cros****ching cykinder bores

    Sounds like you want a Flex-Hone? Have a look at a search I did: Brake Cylinder Hones - SummitRacing.com

    Summit are good to deal with, once you get past the crazy postage choices. (Hint, don't choose the one that includes customs charges!)

    Had it been correctly spelled, i.e., hyphenated, "cross-hatching" would have been OK

    knowing where you were would be helpful, if you were local to me forinstance you could probably ask to borrow mine or hone out whatever it is at my place.

    I got my last one as a special order item from QLD diesel spares.
