Aerial bracket design
Hi
I would like to get in contact with a Freelander 2 owner that resides in/near the Southern Highlands in New South Wales.
I supply no drill’ aerial brackets for the Range Rover Sport, Discovery 3 & 4 and have recently had several enquiries from Freelander 2 owners about aerial brackets for their vehicles.
I need to inspect the under bonnet area of a Freelander 2 to see if there is a suitable place for a ‘no drill’ aerial bracket to be fitted. If I do find a place I would then take some measurements and make a prototype. I would expect it to take about 15 minutes to ascertain if there is a suitable position for a bracket to be fitted. If there is a place I expect it would take another ½ to ¾ hour to measure and make a prototype.
I would prefer that you visit my place in Mittagong as I have the tools, materials and equipment to measure and fabricate a prototype in the workshop at my home.
If visiting my place is not possible I could, at a convenient time, come to you to check if there is a suitable mounting place and take some measurements. I would then make a prototype bracket and, then again, at a convenient time return to your place to check the fitment. Might even take a couple of pictures.
Here's hoping
