Thankyou to Bee Utey
As some of you will know – my D1 caught fire and burned to a total loss immediately following an LPG installation last October…and the installer refused to refund me my installation costs.
Long story short… I went through the NSW Consumer Tenancy and Traders Tribunal and after a final hearing yesterday, I won. I got awarded my installation costs back.
Great result.
I wanted to post up publicly here that without the help, advice and a written expert opinion from Bee Utey - I have no doubt that the result would have been different.
So, I am thankful and very grateful to Bee Utey and also to the other members of AULRO who offered bits of advice and tips.
