Long enough to reach from the battery to the solenoids. You have a tape right?

I am actually in the process of doing exactly the same thing myself, by my measurements I reckon the cables need to be extended by about 1500mm to allow for following the body shape etc... I've mounted the control box in the drivers side guard and the existing cables extend to about n the corner of the windscreen on the drivers side. I'm looking at maybe mounting an isolation switch in the dash on that angled plastic bit to the right hand side of the main metal part of the dash.

Sorry Beefy, just couldn't help myself. I assume you mean the heavier power cables?

I think to memory I got 3m and it just made it by a few 1nches

Given the $18 per meter I paid it would be wise to have a dry run with some twin and earth or soenething similar and add a wee bit

I too used 3m & it juuuuuuuuust made it.
If I was starting again I'd go 3.5m to be more comfortable.

I would personally run my main power cable of the starter motor I have not had any trouble in my two trucks, if you don't want to have a control box put a Albright on and run 3 wires to the dash
