I am thinking of getting one of these and wondered if anyone has any comments about them.

They are described as a "Truck GPS" and have a bit of truck specific stuff, but the thing which I really like is that they have a AV input which I can hook a reversing camera up to

I have an investment in Garmin maps, buy am not totally locked into Garmin.

As long as the unit has POI Proximity alarms and takes the Speed Camera database and has an AV input, I would be pretty happy.
