    My 101 does some work.

To save retyping the story I will just give you a link which should work.
I am very happy with my 101 , I pulled a heavier vehicle than it self in low traction difficult conditions and without damage and came up thrumps and left the other non 101 people aware on site wondering were do you find one the those......I want one.
    All very good PR

Tells me I'm not authorised to read the forum.

Any PR for the 101 has got to be good.

The easy way for me to get you blokes to see the post is for me to give you my pass word.

    it is
    101 Ron
    as the name
    and then
101 Ron as the pass word.

Great effort Ron. Must be good to show off the 101's capabilities to those not in the know.

Sounds like they were grateful for your assistance.

All I know it wouldn't have happened without being doubled locked and the tyres.
The 101s low gearing and compact size helped.
The winch could have pulled harder( only a adjustment problem ) but still did the job.
My 101 has a extra 10 mtrs of cable over standard and that little bit of extra length came in handy as the two pulls I done were long ones.
I am just so pleased with the vehicle these days as it is giving me little trouble and just doing everything its asked too.
May be I one day do a Mic and get a extra 101 to build up for if I ever wear this one out.

Ron, after the Stolly, I reckon you should build up a coiled 101.
What about a 6x6 one? Pick up a 6x6 Perentie that is a no goer at the auctions and use that for the mechanicals.

Yeah I have though about a 6x6 101 or even building a driven trailer.
But I do have another project in the pipe line, being a 4 wheeled Wiles cooker.( major restor needed)
Got too much on my plate as it is.
