    Truespeed in a Defender

Has anyone fitted a Truespeed in a Defender.I have read lots of reports about them fitted to D2's,but would like to know who has fitted one and what sort of job it was to fit in a Defender.

true speed is a speedo corrector so when putting bigger rubber on the speedo reads true

this is important if getting your car engineered as it wont pass if speedo is out.

Wouldn't it be easier just to use a GPS? Or is that not allowed when 'getting your car engineered'?

For what I want,a GPS is not really an option, and if I was going to get it engineered, then a GPS is not an option either.
I know that Max (Tusker) has a Truespeed fitted, but I thought someone else may have had one fitted to a Defender as well that I may have been able to glean some information from.

I travel with Godspeed and that's about 15kmh over what I'm actually doing. Makes me think I have a sportscar.

I know coaches will pass the pits with a GPS based speedo.
