    Bluetooth adapter for aux in.

I want a Bluetooth adapter for the aux in on my D4 so that I don't have connect a lead from my iPhone to hear music off it. I already have Bluetooth for calls. can I have the phone connected to the Bluetooth adapter for music and to the car for calls at the same time?
There are a few on the market. Anybody tried any of them?

Doesn't it also connect via BT for music as well (IIRC, under My Music)?

On my MY 12, I can have iPad connected for music, and iPhone connected for calls (or iPhone connected for both).....both at the same time and both by bluetooth.
    No cord needed.
Only use cord if the lad wants to connect is iPod 5th gen.

Mine's a MY11 2.7 base model, don't think I can play music from iPhone by Bluetooth. Will have a look in manual anyway.

    thanks

If your iPhone is connected, have you tried to go to the music app, select a song and then play....just a thought.

The MY12 can interrogate the iPhone, and iPhone can also override the car.

I don't think that is possible on the base music system. Try the Kensington connector, that works really well.
