Discovery 1 to Defender 90 Amalgamation?

I'm thinking about buying a new (2013) Defender 90, at the moment I've got a 97 disco 1 with a few toys and am wondering what parts will swap over, the main area's of concern are as follows . . .

(1)Last year I had my diff centre's rebuilt with an Ashcroft Locker in the back and a ATB in the front, with 4'11 R&Ps, Does anyone know if Ill be able to swap out the whole diff centre?, will the flange be the same?, I know the 90 has Rover type diffs but most parts places list different part numbers for the 90 and D1 . . . . .
Ill be putting 33s on the 90(if I get it) and I've used the Ashcroft ratio calculator to work out the gearing and It should only rev a little higher.

(2)The 33s will be on 15x8 steel rims with a -25 offset, Ill get wider flares to cover these, does anyone think Ill get any problems here?

(3)I had a Tom Woods Double Carden front shaft shipped over last year and from what I can gather from searching the Puma 90 shaft is 50mm longer so Ill shoot an Email off to tom to enquire about the spline over lap but thought I would mention it here in case anyone has any comments . . .

(4)I've got some Rover(ing)tracks axles in the front and rear, the rear's should be fine but I know Ill have issue's with the front because of the ABS so I could get some rings from UK and graft them onto the C'Vs, or get some new one's(Asghcroft?) or probly just stick with the stock one's?.

I've had a good search on here and the net and can't find much Info on people going from a D1 to a Puma 90 which surprised me

Ill probly use the old parts and some parts from the 90 to keep the Disco going so I can sell it to pay for some more mods

    And as for the warranty on the 90 . . . . .

Thanks in advance and sorry for the long post

    Cheers

    Tristan

I'm pretty sure your diffs will swap over, not so sure about the axles so will leave that for others to comment.
The rim offset will cause fouling on your suspension, the defender rims have less offset, this along with the wider rim will push the tyres well inward compared to standard. Seems that plenty of people are running the 33" tyres (as I plan to myself when new tyre time comes) but less offset is required.
50mm difference seems excessive to just telescope the driveshaft, might be better to get a shaft made locally using the existing shaft for components?
I'd be interested to know what the cost of the Tom Woods DC shaft was, I was going to email them but haven't got around to measuring all the bolt spacings etc to use their email enquiry proforma.

Woops my bad, Rims are -25 not +33 so I've edited that

And the shaft was about $600 to my door last year

    Cheers
