    Unhappy Discorosscv

    Hi Guys,just purchased seatcovers for my Disco4 HSE. Can anyone help me with info on how to remove my seat armrests. I have removed the hex screw but unable to slide armrest away !!! Is it possible that mine is just tight or!!!! M not quite ready to get the crowbar n start levering yet. HELP???Regards Ross.

    Maybe a call to someone like TRS. Looked on my D3 disc and doesn't tell you about them.

    Simple, remove plastic cover on side of arm rest (pivot point) This hides the bolt that holds the arm rest to the seat. From memory it is a Torx bolt.

    To adjust arm rest sitting position there is a knob that winds a grub screw under the front of the arm rest, make sure this is loose (read wound all the way out)as it will hold the arm rest while trying to remove.

    Disco 4 armrest removal

    Thank guys, I figured it out >>>mine were just a wee bit tight. After removing the torque head bolts,then a quick call to my local Land Rover Mackay w/shop tech. Charry,he said just use a bit 'o force n it will pop off. All done.
