    Question tyre load rating

    Hello guys
Not trying to start a debate on steel or split rims but
could use some advice or confirmation....i get totally lost when i start reading about tyres and aspect ratios.....but even more confused when trying to figure out the load rating or bias ply rating.
According to a couple of sites the maximum axle weight for the rear of a 110 is 1850kg (1850 +1200 at the front which = Gross Vehicle Weight of 3050KG).

    1. So taking the heaviest axle weights..... each tyre at the rear needs to be able to handle the load of 925kg.......RIGHT?
    2. Therefor, looking at the specs for the "Super Traction" tyre http://www.mrftyres.com/downloads/lighttrucks.pdf any of the tyres would be ok? (though the last 2 tyres would be a closest match to a 806mm OD(7.5R16))........am i right???
    Cheers
    Darryl

Yes. It is unlikely that you will find a light truck tyre that will fit on the rim and is rated for a lower load than the maximum on a 110 (130 you might or a passenger tyre).
