Looking at a New D4 E diff ?/Landrover Bull Bar?

I am looking at getting a new D4. Is the e diff worthwhile. Has anybody used it off road or seen it in action off road. Assume within reason the cost is not an issue more concerned with its utility off road.
And lastly I not some Land Rover dealers are having a special on Land Rover Bull bars. Has any one had one fitted?, how do they compare to say an ARB. I have not been able to sight one.
    Cheers thanks in advance

IMO, the e diff is the best single item you can buy.
The off road etc benefits far exceed the $1000 cost.
The LD bar would be good for a chook but nothing larger.
Looks great but it and a roo would disagree.
    Try the ECB or others.

I wouldn't buy the D4 without one, you can't retrofit it later and it makes the D4 off-road capability remarkable.

When I bought my D4 I could have had one with the eDiff or one with the fruit (Cameras and Nav) but not both unless I wanted to wait several months or buy the HSE at about $100K. I'm glad I went for the eDiff.

You can fit an after market bar at any time - I went with oposite lock, just because of the antenna mounts which weren't on the ARB bar.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

I have the e-diff fitted and it's amazing what a difference it makes and how far off road it can go. So if you intend to do low range work, or hit the beach, it's a must. If it's just for on road I wouldn't worry.
As far as the bar goes, they had a special on them a few months ago and the "special" price was more than four grand. For that I got an ARB bar colour coded and a warn winch.

IMO if you intend towing a substantial load regularly then get the e-diff because it has some heavier duty components.
