Xmas Plans

Hi all , i was wondering what little and big adventures you all may have planned for xmas . Any big roads plans ? or maybe some high country touring ?
Myself this is the first year in 6 i will be here in aussie for it , So i am hopefully off to robe for a week then after that heading into the high country for a long weekend of fishing and drinking [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img]

No plan's till the retail rush is over, then moving 2200k's north to start a new job.
Will have lot's of new area's to explore in the next 12 month's :wink:

myself and the wife are driving up to hervey bay for christmas, we leave middle of next week, going to be interesting to say the least. anyone with any tips please feel free to mail me.

Sibbo, have fun at Fraser, some very nice places, lakes etc to discover over there but the beach is tidal so keep check on your times.

A very nice italian restaurant up in the main street also.

Sibbo, also not sure if they still do the whale watching up there over xmas (don't think so) but if they do and you're interested, there is a big yellow boat that does the tours that is faster than most of the others so you get out faster and stay longer, and because of the bright colour, it has a reputation of atrracting the whales closer to it.
