About the viscous coupling transfer I know heap of people speak against them but to date it is a very smooth transfer and also alot quieter than the LT230. I have not really notice any downfall with the viscous unit itself but in saying that I still think about changing to a LT230 alot :?
And yes so far the problem seems to be in the clutch pack ? But is is wierd that it will take off from 1st (aslong as its selected on the gear box) and then you can go up the gears as you drive and it works but if you go below 20Kph you have to shift down into first again otherwise when you try accelerate all you will get is revs :?
