My new house

The fiancee and I finally found a place that we could afford (just, $156,000) and signed the contract. Both events happening on the same day funnily enough.

It's not a bad place, nice area, good price and a garage. Only downfall, it is a car garage, Grover is too tall to fit inside [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif[/img]

I'll make the carport accomodate grover, it might mean making the carport taller, but fit it will :wink:

As for a pool, there was a pool there in 1929, but that was called the great flood of 1929, hopefully the tamar river won't be visiting for a repeat performance 8O

I'll add some more pics after we have moved in, those two don't do it justice (Also it will give me time to clean up a couple of rough edges :wink: )
