Patch cable, connection cable, interface cable???

Does anyone know where I can get a cable to connect a Jensen VM9214 multimedia receiver to a Nissan Navara st-R2 and what is the correct parlance for such a bit of wire?

A Nissan Navara(Shhh...), perhaps more accurately attach it to the car.
I was hoping to get a commercially available lead, it made it so much easier when I upgraded the head unit in the Disco.
Thanks for the diagram, I'll go and look at it now.

Saw the Navara reference but my question was do you want to connect the speakers, power, etc or something else like a camera, phone? I assume you are replacing the standard radio and want to a lead to go from the Nissan's head unit plug to the Jensen's?

Having perused the instructions/wiring diagram I will try to attach a reversing camera too. I believe the head unit is bluetooth enabled, so the phone should not need hard wiring; I'm unsure what the optional BTM 10 is for.
The speakers/switchable power/constant power were my primary concern.
