D3 brakes lights

G'day guys,

I was checking everything before my D3 (07 V8 HSE) goes in for the RWC, and noticed that the brake lights in the main light assemblies are not working. The lights in the strip at the top of the tailgate are, so it would seem that the brake switch is working OK.

Any ideas on what might be the cause?

Doesn't look like it. But all of them at once would be a bit of a co-incidence.

When one of mine goes, they all join in. I think it is some kind of brake light sympathy.

only 2 out of the 4 are brake lights (top 2 i think) but all 4 globes are the same. when i blew a globe i just swapped them over and got mine working again.

Take the incandescent globes out and put the LEDs in.

I have these and work fine
