    Enerdrive Folding Solar Panels

Does anyone use or have experience with Enerdrive folding/portable solar panels?

    Enerdrive Folding Solar Kits

Just wondering how folks have found them out in the real world.

I was looking at the 120w but wondering if I could get away with an 80w set-up as they are a fair chunk cheaper. I will only be running the engel 40L on it along with a laptop for an hour each night and a few small things like LED lights. I think 80w might come up a little short and would be a compromise but we will see.

Anyone have any views on the panels or controller they use?

cost of these compared to cheaper ebay units isn't an issue here, Im just looking at performance, support, reliability and most of all durability.

    cheers

Get the biggest one you can afford, I'd be going the 120w. I have a 150w and it seems to do the job fine. No point having to small a charging source, you can have 500a/h of batteries, but if you can't charge them, then what's the point. Better of having a larger charging source.

probably right Vern, storage size isn't an issue.

Anyone using the Enerdrive panels in particular?
