			extra advance P38 Thor

I have 2 P38`s one newly acquired with sequential gas the other Std.
Trying to find a fault today on the petrol one and comparing with the lpg one we realised that there was a 2 degree more difference in the advance on the petrol model as it went to max advance. Messing with all the options we found a POLICE setting in the rovercom diagnostics we were using when its on we got 2 degrees more advance at max than when off.
 Might be useful?
Thank to Peterjam for discovering this. Is this well know, I have never heard of it before. We gave the LPG car the POLICE treatment.

Maybe the Police settings were only used in parts of the world that recieved high comp engines. ..
Is it going fine though? BBS day not to use this setting. .. or else..? What else they don't say though.

The petrol car has had it enabled since I have had it, so cant make a comparison.
The Lpg car is new to me and I have only driven it home from buying it, its having a major refurb. I though more advance was a good thing on LPG. Its now enabled so if it runs rough when I start using it I will switch back and see any difference.
