What a gift

Got the usual "thanks for buying from us" letter today from the Landie dealership (regulars will know I pestered this forum with Defender questions for months and then bought one) and they also included...a voucher for an upmarket photography session. To the value of $845.

Call me ungrateful but I'd rather have one or more of:

- a rear wheel carrier (anyone know of one that'll fit an '02+ Defender)
- Koni dampers and even heavier duty coils
- window tints
- subscription to LROI
- a free Rangie for a weekend
- a set of steel wheels
- a set of muddies

but I suppose it'd be popular with those that drive onroad only.

Given it to the wife to deal with.

No joke.

Maybe he'll take a mood photo of the Defender, pouting with axles at an angle and a door half open. There's a good idea. But at $845 it'd better be a GOOD photo!

As long as it isnt going to cost you any thing what do you have to loose?

I could loose my daughter upon the studio, that could be expensive :-)

But you're right. So we're going to do it anyway. Just would have preferred something else, but I'm just being ungrateful.

I might seriously see if he'll do a family portratit in front of the Defender though.

Check something first

You might find you have a "photo shoot" session but then have to pay big money to get any prints out of it.

Hopefully not,

The site says you have to ring him to get an "access code" before you can view the gallery etc to see examples of his work. 8O :?

I'd rather have the car stuff too, mate. 8)

Well, as BB says, it's for free, so why not.

I reckon the family in front of the Defender. That's the go.

Can't wait to see his face when I suggest it!

He sounds like a posh bugger.

If you say "Land Rover", he'll hear "Range Rover".

When you say "Defender" he'll look at you as if you are mad.
