Calling all Gold Coast Aulro-ians

putting out some feelers for a friend of mine down the coast,he is trying to purchase a landy, but needs a trailer to move it ,of which he doesnt have access to, so was wondering if any one on the coast has one , or has access to one that doesnt cost a fortune, the location is northern end (Labrador area) of the coast, thanks Ferno . from what i have been told , it is a three to five k trip some where in the labrador area, a trailer would be better although an "a" frame may have to suffice in a pinch

thanks harry for your troubles, seems to be the case for a lot of things these days,do someone a favour and get nothin but crap back!!

while on the subject(?), when are we gunna check out that goomburra area for a w/e camp/run, and have you done that coomera run yet?

Hi Ferno
Suggest to him,get a lenght of 2 inch pipe get a trailer hitch welded on one end and a foot or so of 1/2 inch chain welded to the other end,an valueable piece of equipment for a landy owner!!!!!!
Cheers

will find out later today about the trailer but probably should have asked this first... what size landy you need to move?

ser 2 109 is on wheels just got no working brakes or seats, prvious owner sold it to someone , then they didnt cough up the cash, problem being that new owner/buyer had already started to disassemble floor/seats ,and removed the rad. for a six cyl conversion before repo, hence the need for a trailer

just spoke to my mate, and it won't be able to handle a 109'... there are a few trailer places around for hire though that will take one... or if he's with racq he may be able to go for free towing
