G,day All. Todays update is for those that have a mortgage. What's the one major thing we want to do when we have a mortgage? Correct, we want to pay it off. If we had a magic wand, what would we want to do? Correct...pay it off as quickly as we could. So how can you pay it off quickly? Lotto? Inheritance? Surplus funds after all other expenses paid off?
