Is the oil in the swivel housing the same as the oil in the diff?

Just converting my 95 Defender wagon to the good old days of all oil lube. Got the HTE sealed drive flanges and proper inner hub seals from FWD Motors. Have pulled the seals in the stub axles out.

Question is, do I have to put oil separately in the diff and swivel housings? I don't think there is another seal in there so the diff oil should get to the swivel housing, CV, wheel bearing and drive spline all automatically. Is that not the whole idea of the conversion?

They are different compartments, They take the same oil but the swivel housing don't get fed from the diff.
If you unbolt the ball off the diff housing you will see the seal.
You still need to lightly pack the wheel bearings in grease as it takes time for the oil to get from the swivel housing to the hub
