    Perentie Rear Axles

    Hi
I have a new set of Heavy duty Maxi Dive (Hi-TOUGH) axles for a 130 defender.
Would they fit in my RFSV fitted with disk brakes?
    Any help appreciated

    regards
    Andrew

I seem to recall that the MD Defender axle has shorter splines on the drive flange end than a County MD one but easy way to check is remove one from the RFSV and compare it to the Defa one. The County has a thicker (more spline length = less wear) drive flange than the Defender. Should have mentioned, Perentie and County axles/drive flanges are the same item on the rear axle.

Pretty sure I ordered the longer axles (I assume county) for my 300tdi and yes the splines for the drive flange are longer requiring a wider drive flange to suit......not sure if the makes sense

I reckon they will fit you will just have to work out which drive flanges to order
