Lost Thread

A couple of days ago there was a thread about a vendor that refused to talk to the buyer. The thread was locked and I meant to come back to it but now cant find it.
I bought stuff on ebay off a vendor on here back in december. The Item has not turned up and efforts to contact the vendor have also failed.
I put"theif"into the search as I remember that word was in the thread, but even though lots of threads came up , not the right one.
Can someone put me on to it or even the OP could PM me as I would be interested to see if its the same person.
