Valve block rebuild help!

So I spent today rebuilding my valve block, it all went well, I was very slow and methodical, made sure everything went in properly.
Got it all back together, started the car with the door open to fill the air tank.
The compressor kicked in ok, but after about 10 mins, the right rear corner lifted to max height, even with the door open. Everything else was still on the bump stops.
I closed the door with the car still running to see if the other corners would raise, with no effect.
I hooked up the eas unlock suite and tried to depressurise that way a couple of times to no effect.
Ended up manually pulling the corresponding air line out of the valve block to deflate the offending corner.
As far as I can gather I have a valve stuck open in the valve block.
Do I need to take it all apart again and reseat everything, or is there an easier way to sort this out?

I would say bite the bullet and take it apart, solenoids one by one. I presume you have Paulp38a`s instructions as a guide. Check the spring in the exhaust diaphragm. Did you change the diaphragm? if not make sure its not split.
Dont be despondent, I dont recall anyone getting it right 1st time. There always seems to be a hiccup. All part of the process.

Thanks for the quick respose wayneg, yes I did replace the diaphragm.
I thought I'd probably have to pull it apart again, all part of the fun by the sounds of it!
To the best of my knowledge it seems as though something is stuck open causing the inflation.
Oh well, back at it tomorrow, hopefully I can find the culprit.

Ensure the main plug is snapped in fully ( the one that sits to the front of the block) A bad connection could give weird results

Pulled it back out this morning, checked the suspect solenoid, seemed to be free and working ok.
Upon reinstalling, I noticed there are two identical electrical plugs, which I had accidentally plugged in the wrong pairs! Whoops!
Plugged them back in the correct way and it was off and running properly.
I left a door open to let the compressor fill the tank, then closed the door once the compressor cut off, and up she came!
All corners look correct heights, checked for leaks, none present.
Will see how it goes over the next day or two and hopefully I have fixed it.
I had a suspect non return valve, one of the ends had popped off inside the block, which was probably the cause of my 'slow dance' symptom.
I was able to put the non return valve back together and it seemed to be ok, but I'm getting a hold of a second have valve block and I might swap the non return valves over when I get a chance.
Certainly a challenging job!
